The main bedroom has a double bed, bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning and access to the balcony.

The other bedroom has two separate beds and a ceiling fan. Both bedrooms have large windows that allow plenty of sunlight to go in during the day.

The apartment has central heating with radiant and the living room has warm/cold air conditioning. It also has its own balcony, which can be accessed either from the living room or the main bedroom.

Area and connections: Very handy location. Only three blocks away from the train station that leads to Tigre and Retiro (downtown of Buenos Aires) and five blocks from Juramento's subway station from line D.
It is surrounded by a wide range of shops, restaurants and banks. Four blocks from the busy Cabildo Ave., with its great variety of clothing shops.

It is connected by the following bus' lines: 41,42,59,63,152,161,168 & 194.
