When we get into the apartment we find a big room where we find the living-dining room and kitchen.

The living room is a comfortable area equipped with a black leather sofa and a smaller one as well. A coffee table and a TV (with cable) complete the area.

From here we can accede to a small balcony through a big window that brings light to the apartment.

After this, the dining room area has been equipped with a wooden table with 4 chairs, modern style.

Lastly, in this room we find the kitchen, fully equipped, good size for the apartment and with washing machine.

In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed, two night tables and a big window that brings light to this part too. There is another TV (with cable) here.

Finally, the bathroom is complete, with bathtub, shower, WC and bidet

It has excellent connection with means of transport as it is 5 blocks away from the subway station “Scalabrini Ortiz” from line D and 3 blocks from Santa Fe Av. where the following bus lines have their stops: 12, 15, 29, 34, 36, 39, 57, 68, 110, 111, 141, 152, 160
