Description: 2-room apartment for 3 people in Palermo. The apartment is very well located, just 4 blocks from Santa Fe with its variety of shops, bars and restaurants and three blocks from Las Heras. Very bright and quiet, with all wooden floors. Excellent transport connections to both the subway and buses.
Located in a very well maintained tower, the apartment has parquet floors throughout and is very bright in every room.
The living room has a sofa bed (where the 3rd person sleeps) and coffee table. It has Cable TV and access to a balcony overlooking the street. The dining area has a table for four people.
