The third room is smaller and is located in a split –level of the apartment.
It has a double bed and it own bathroom with WC, bide and shower. This room is more isolated than the others although being within the resting area. This is the reason why it can be used for a fifth or sixth guest or even for a nanny.

There is a common dressing area for the second and third room.

The kitchen is big and has a great view towards the garden, which makes it a comfortable place to stay and have breakfast.

It has a table which can be used as daily dinning room and is equipped with all necessary electrical appliances.

The apartment has its own washing room, equipped both with washing machine and drying machine.
