Description:
Nice and comfortable apartment with excellent location in Belgrano, just walking distance from Las Cañitas, famous area because of it’s pubs, restaurants, trendy shops, etc. It has a lot of sun and light and a balcony. The building has swimming pool, laundry, etc.

It is one block far from the residential Libertador avenue, with its high buildings, embassies, and the recreation area, consisting of Campo de Polo Argentino, Hipódromo, bosques de Palermo, el Centro de Exposiciones de la Rural, el Campo de Golf Agentino.
Belgrano and Di Tella universities are quite near.
To the other side (one block away) there is Luis María Campos avenue with commercial shops such as supermarkets, banks, buses, gymnasiums, restaurants and bars. It has excellent links, since it is five minutes walk from Lisandro de la Torre train station, which reaches the city centre (Retiro station) in just five minutes, and about ten minutes walk from the subway (line D) and Olleros station. |
