Description:
Very nice apartment recently redecorated in a building of just 7 floors situated in one of the nicest streets of Recoleta, in front of the Hyatt. It has 2 bedrooms and is ideal for 4 persons.
Once we get into the apartment we find the living room, very nice and full of light. It is equipped with two sofas. There is also a coffee table.
A lot of light comes into the apartment during the day through the big window that connects the living room with the balcony that has a nice view to the trees of the silent Posadas street.
The kitchen, that is opened to the living room, completes this area. It is separated by a bar, very comfortable to have breakfast.
The kitchen is very well equipped, with microwave, toaster and a little refrigerator.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The main one is spacious and has a double bed. Also a TV LCD and air conditioning.
The second bedroom has a single bed. Both have big wardrobes.

Area and connections:
The apartment is very well located in the best part of Recoleta on one of the most elegant avenues; Posadas, just meters away from Alvear Av. where all the luxurious hotels are (Alvear, Marriot, Hilton) and also the most important designers such as Ralph Lauren, Louis Vitton, Zegna, etc.
It is a safe area and it is walking distance from lots of touristic attractions of the city: Museum of Fine Arts, Plaza Francia, Recoleta Cemetery, Quintana Av., Boulevard Guido and all its restaurants, etc.
Also, the area has very good connection with means of transport. The following bus lines fill the area: 17, 61, 67, 92, 93, 124, 130. These will take you in minutes to Puerto Madero, Plaza San Martin, Palermo and Belgrano |
