Description: Two bedrooms apartment with very handy location in Palermo’s neighborhood. With room for four guests, very quiet, with full kitchen and bathroom.
The apartment has a living-dining area, which has a large and comfortable couch, two individual couches and a dining table with four chairs.
The room also has a small desk with two chairs.
The kitchen can be accessed from the living room, it has fridge with freezer, electric oven and stoves, microwave and washing machine. It is equipped with dishes and crockery for four guests.
The main bedroom has a double queen size bed, light tables with lamps on both sides of the bed, and a large wardrobe. It has a small window that leads to an internal gap of the building.
The second bedroom has two single beds, each with its own light table. It has two windows, one of them allows plenty of light.
The air conditioning is located in the hall way, next to the two bedroom’s doors.
The apartment’s only bathroom has bathtub, shower, bidet and WC.

Area and connections: The apartment is very well located, meters away from the Santa Fe Ave, full of clothing shops, bars and restaurants, and five blocks from Las Heras Ave.
It is close to the Recoleta Village, the Recoleta Cemetery, Plaza Francia, the Cultural Centre of Recoleta and several famous restaurants.
Very good subway and buses connections. The closest subway station is four blocks away, “Pueyrredon” from line D. And the following buses: 12, 39, 60, 61, 68, 95, 101, 109, 111, 132, 152 y 194.
Close to the Medicine School, the Ecomomics School and the Engineering School from the University of Buenos Aires.
