El Porteño - Faena Hotel & Residences (II)

Description: The building is a totally refurbished construction from the beginning of the XXth century, originally built to store grains for export and which has now been remodeled by Phillipe Starck with exquisite taste, the latest technology and in an atmosphere of exclusivity and serenity that now hosts the Hotel Faena + Universe and achieve the requirements of a five star hotel.

This apartment has been decorated with good quality furniture designed by Philippe Starck.

Once we get into the apartment we find a spacious area where the living-dining room are. This room is full of sunlight due to it’s big windows that let a lot of sun come into during the day. From the entrance to the building through the entrance to the apartment the guest will have the feeling of being in a vey exclusive place in Buenos Aires.

The dining room area has a table with 4 stylish chairs apart from two armchairs also the same style.

The living room has been decorated in red and whites, very original. It is equipped with a double sofa matching with the curtains and rug, giving the apartment a unique and sophisticated touch. There is also a white coffee table that completes this area.

Two more beds can be brought to the apartment for it to have capacity for 4 personas. This must be informed at the moment of reserving the apartment.

The kitchen has nice marble arabic decoration. It is integrated to the living room and completely equipped.

The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed with a white leather back. There are also two night tables, each one with its lamp (one on each side of the bed) there is good space in the wardrobes.
This room has been decorated in a very nice style.
It has an en suite modern bathroom with marble walls and high quality details.

Building:
The guests will be able to accede without charge to the swimming pool and gym of the Hotel Faena + Universe.

Area and connections: The apartment is located in Puerto Madero, the new residential neighborhood of Buenos Aires.

The area is characterized by its modern constructions which harmonize with the old brick docks.

Puerto Madero combines the proximity to the downtown with the contact with nature, since the Ecological Reserve is close by. It is strategically located near many sites of touristic interest such as San Telmo, La Boca, the Financial Center, Plaza de Mayo and Plaza San Martin.
