Description: The subtle, elegant and modern apartment is very well proportioned. Access to a pool and solarium, and just two blocks from the famous Plaza San Martin.
Rear-facing, so very quiet - The apartment is housed in a modern building conveniently situated in the residential area of Plaza San Martín, the Foreign Ministry and the elegant Calle Arroyo.
The apartment has good parquet floors throughout and is exquisitely decorated in a modern style with designer furniture.
The living-dining room has a large white three-person sofa, large coffee table and several chairs. It has a 32" LCD TV with cable, which can be rotated to be seen from the living room or the bedroom.
In the same room is the dining area with a table for two. The living room has a large window with access to a balcony decorated with plants.

Area and connections: The apartment is located in a residential area known as Plaza San Martín. A few meters from the ancient Church of Socorro, the Foreign Ministry and the palaces of Bosh and Anchorena, and also close to the elegant Calle Arroyo with its art galleries and several major tourist attractions. Easily accessible as it is just a few blocks from Retiro station that connects downtown with Greater Buenos Aires.
The area is surrounded by coffee shops, Irish pubs, fine restaurants, Galerias Pacifico and other stores, cinemas, theaters, museums, parks, art galleries, gyms, indoor pools, banks and bureau de changes and supermarkets.
