The apartment is highly luminous with wooden floors and has been exquisitely decorated in White, Black and red.

The living room is spacious, it has a White sofa for 3 in an ¨L ¨form with 3 small red cushions; combined with these, you will find a small red lamp and in front of it a black coffee table, finally a TV LCD 32 inches with cable laying on the wall and two mirrors lying to each side of it. There is also a small red sofa.

On the same room, there is a dinning room area, and nearer to the window a glassed white table with only two legs. The table is for four guests and has two white designed chairs and a long stool for two on the other side.

The bedroom has been also soberly decorated in White and green tones- It has a double bed with a beige back which has been combined with the linen and quilt. It has its own bathroom in suite. This bathroom has shower, bathtub and bide; totally renewed with plenty of space to keep personal belongings and also a great sink. This room has been decorated with light rose marble.

The kitchen has been integrated to the same space than the living room just a side of the dinning room table. Elegantly designed in black and with a silver plated oven. It has all necessary crockery and utensils and has for example coffee maker machine and toaster.

The building has a big pool so as to be used for the owners of it as well as tenants.

Area and connections: The building is located in the historical center of Buenos Aires, just walking distance from the ¨Del Socorro¨ church and many other touristic points. The property is just some blocks away form ¨Retiro¨ station making it very easily accessed.




The area is surrounded by cafes, Irish pubs, elegant restaurants, ¨Galerías Pacifico¨ shopping mall as well as other commercial shops, museums, parks, art galleries, gyms, covered pools, banks, exchange houses and supermarkets.
